Morgan Kasiera’s journey is a perfect example of what can happen when ambition meets opportunity. Now entering his fourth season on the White Isle, the UK-born DJ has built a name for himself through residencies at O Beach, Ibiza Rocks and Pukka Up Boat Party, while also expanding his presence across the Balearics. With a growing focus on music production and a return to Creamfields on an even bigger stage, 2026 is shaping up to be his biggest year yet. We caught up with morgan in Ibiza to talk about his journey from ticket rep to resident DJ, the magic of the island, his inspirations, favourite spots and why this season is all about finding balance while taking the next step in his career.

Interview With Morgan Kasiera:
Hello from Ibiza, I’m here with Morgan Kasiera next to me. How did you get to this magical island?
So it was actually four years ago. I came as a ticket rep, with no plans sorted whatsoever. I started networking and quickly learned that Ibiza is all about who you know and getting yourself out there.
My first gig was on a boat party here in Ibiza, and once you start meeting people, it becomes a snowball effect. This is now my fourth season, and I’m playing incredible parties I never imagined I’d be part of when I first arrived on the island.
You are a resident at so many parties here on the island, O Beach and Ibiza Rocks, right?
Yeah, Ibiza Rocks and Pukka Up boat parties as well.
At O Beach, I play Wednesdays for House In Paradise. Fridays are Wonderland and Ibiza Rocks, and Thursdays and Saturdays I play for Pukka Up Boat Party. It’s a sunset boat party.
I also play in Mallorca for House In Paradise at Ocean Calviá Beach.
Ibiza is a special place, especially for artists. Why is Ibiza so special for you?
For me, Ibiza is special because you can connect with artists on a personal level here. Back home, it’s completely different. Here, I can walk down the street and randomly bump into one of my favourite artists.
I’ve met so many amazing people on the island, gone to afterparties, connected with artists and creatives in a way you simply don’t experience anywhere else.
That’s what keeps bringing you back. You meet new people all the time. Like today, I met you guys for the first time. Ibiza is all about building your family and your network, and that’s what I really love about the island.
You were raised in the UK, correct?
Yes, in England, in a small city called Carlisle. There’s honestly not a lot happening there, but it’s home for me.
The support I get from people back home means a lot. Sometimes I’ll be DJing here in Ibiza and suddenly get messages saying: “Morgan, we’re at your party!”
It’s such a nice feeling knowing people support you and travel all the way here to see you play.
What excites you the most about Summer 2026? Which gigs are you most looking forward to?
For me, it’s continuing to build my name. But this year, I’m really focused on making music.
I want to start playing my own tracks in my sets. I already get to play amazing music from other artists, but I think the next level is having that feeling of hearing your own music played out live. That’s what excites me most this season.
Who is your biggest DJ inspiration at the moment?
Right now, definitely Franky Rizzardo. I’ve been at his residency the past three Tuesdays and honestly, it’s been the best party so far this season.
There are still many parties to come, but compared to previous years, Franky Rizzardo is definitely up there for me right now.
Do you have any favourite spots on the island? Maybe a venue, nature spot, or restaurant?
In terms of parties, I really like 528. It’s a new venue for me this year and I went there for the opening parties. The vibe is amazing, something different, especially during the daytime.
As for exploring, in previous seasons I didn’t really see much of the island. But a couple of weeks ago I rented a moped and went up to the north of Ibiza. It honestly felt like a completely different place.
This season I want to balance both, partying and actually exploring the island properly.
Ibiza is also known as a spiritual island. How do you stay balanced and keep a fresh mindset?
This season is very different from previous ones. People who know me know I used to be “party party” all the time.
But now I focus much more on routine. I go to the gym in the mornings, go for walks, and make sure I get up and out early. Having structure in my day helps keep me grounded.
Of course, I still party sometimes, but everything is much more balanced and moderate now.
Besides Ibiza, is there any venue or festival you dream about playing?
Actually, when I first started DJing, I had one big goal, to play Creamfields.
It’s the second biggest festival in the UK, and after only three and a half years of DJing, I got to play there. And this year I’m returning again, this time on a bigger stage.
So for me, Creamfields will always be the festival.
Good luck with everything this summer, and thank you so much!
Thank you very much.
