On March 6th, the Loudlife crew flew to London to experience ANTS at Drumsheds, one of the most talked-about electronic music events in the city. With Ibiza season 2026 just around the corner, this night felt like the perfect preview of what’s coming next.
Set inside a former IKEA store, Drumsheds is anything but ordinary. The massive industrial space has been transformed into a next-level event venue, offering raw architecture, huge capacity, and a warehouse atmosphere that feels tailor-made for large-scale electronic music experiences.
From the moment we arrived, the organization was on point. Despite the scale of the event, entry took just around five minutes — smooth, efficient, and refreshingly stress-free. It set the tone for the rest of the night.
Production was flawless. The sound system hit hard while remaining crystal clear, and the lighting design elevated the entire space without overwhelming it. Everything felt intentional and well-executed, creating a fully immersive dancefloor experience.
Musically, the night stayed true to the ANTS DNA. A strong tech-house groove carried the energy from start to finish, with DJs performing in B2B formats and delivering tight, dynamic sets. There was also a clear Balearic influence running through the night — adding a lighter, more euphoric layer to the otherwise driving rhythms, and perfectly connecting London with the spirit of Ibiza.
And speaking of Ibiza, this London edition only made us more excited for what’s coming next.
ANTS is kicking off its 2026 season with a brand-new Day & Night concept, taking over both Ushuaïa and the new hyperclub UNVRS across five Saturdays in May. The format will see the party move from open-air daytime sessions into full-scale nighttime club experiences, featuring heavyweight names like Green Velvet, Andrea Oliva, Maceo Plex, Loco Dice and more, alongside a wave of rising talent.
The concept marks a new chapter for ANTS, focusing more on music, community, and a stripped-back but powerful production approach that puts the dancefloor first.
If London was any indication, the colony is more than ready.
Overall, ANTS at Drumsheds exceeded expectations. Seamless organization, high-end production, and a consistently strong musical journey made it a night to remember and a perfect warm-up for what’s shaping up to be a massive Ibiza season.
