Following last season’s mesmerizing move to Chinois, Claptone returns to the Sonic Temple with The Masquerade every Saturday from May 16th to October 10th. One of the island’s longest-running residencies, The Masquerade now at Chinois, has quickly become a standout Ibiza Saturday ritual: elegant, playful, and deeply connected to the dancefloor. With its dancefloor-first ethos and inclusive, diverse community, Chinois Ibiza provides the ideal setting, located within Ibiza Gran Hotel in the heart of Marina Botafoch, surrounded by vibrant eateries and bars, and within walking distance of Ibiza Town.
Returning for 2026 with renewed energy, a refined vision and the fourth upcoming studio album, Claptone promises new musical moments and surprises – expect longer sets, carefully curated line-ups of new and returning special guests, and an atmosphere creating an immersive experience where house music, mystery and style meet as Claptone headlines each week with a rotating roster of superb guests.
Guest DJs include: welcome returners such as truly legendary names Faithless and Pete Tong; South Africa’s deep house visionary Nora En Pure; revered funk/disco tastemaker Dimitri From Paris; UK icons Hannah Wants and Paul Woolford reprising their stunning 2025 B2B with two more for 2026; Belgian brothers 2manydjs (aka Soulwax) bring their genre-blurring energy twice, while Canada’s A-Trak is back, as Poland’s Juliet Sikora adds her groove infused house-to-techno to the mix.
New to The Masquerade 2026 are Grammy-winning Iranian-American Deep Dish (a triumphant return to the club after house set for the ages at Kerri Chandler’s residency last year); house/techno/disco from US maestra The Blessed Madonna; and Ukrainian global sensation Korolova with her melodic techno/progressive house. Claptone’s fourth upcoming studio album ‘Wanderer’ drops on May 8th, on his very own Golden Path / Warner ADA imprint. The album feels like both a continuation and a transformation. It deepens the dreamlike universe that has defined Claptone’s artistic identity for over a decade, bringing together new influences, collaborators, and a refined sense of musical direction for the year to come.
