Iceland Eclipse has announced a major addition to its 2026 music lineup, with pioneering electronic trio Above & Beyond joining as the newest headliner for the festival’s DANCE programming.
Above & Beyond — Jono Grant, Tony McGuinness, and Paavo Siljamäki — are one of electronic music’s most enduring and influential acts, with over two decades at the forefront of the global scene. As founders of the storied Anjunabeats and Anjunadeep, they’ve cultivated a worldwide following and a deeply connected fan community. Defined by emotional songwriting, immersive live performances, and a prolific catalog of albums, compilations, and dancefloor anthems, the trio are poised to deliver a standout moment at this year’s Iceland Eclipse.
They join an Iceland Eclipse lineup featuring a diverse mix of global talent including Apashe & Brass Orchestra, Arc De Soleil, berlioz, Booka Shade (live), CloZee, Daði Freyr, Desert Hearts, Emilíana Torrini, GusGus, Ida Engberg, Imogen Heap, Kenny Dope, Maribou State (Live), Nick Warren, Nightmares on Wax, Reggie Watts, and more – a DANCE program spanning electronic, live, and experimental performances.
From August 11–15, Iceland Eclipse takes place in Hellissandur on the Snæfellsnes Peninsula. Timed with Iceland’s last total solar eclipse until 2196, the gathering brings together music, art, science, wellness, and exploration in a striking landscape of glaciers, volcanoes, waterfalls, and black sand beaches. Limited to just 3,333 participants, Iceland Eclipse offers an intimate environment where global artists, thinkers, explorers, and cultural leaders converge to experience one of nature’s rarest cosmic events.
